These Workouts are intended to be used in conjunction with the other information shared on the SparkPeople site and Forum. You are welcome to use them apart from that – but they come with no guarantees.

1  Best Foot Forward (if walking is a real effort)
2  Beginners (can you walk for 15 mins? and
3  Intermediate (if you can walk for 30 mins or more)
